Star Gladiator on Gold Room

Gold Room is not like before, where Porings are used. Now a completely different Poring, called the Goldring (ID: 2003) spawns in the Gold Room, so Star Gladiator's hatred on Poring wouldn't work on the Goldrings here. Star Gladiators are still the choice for Goldring hunting though, I'll explain later.

Since no Hatred will be involved, so the equips would mostly concentrate on getting 65k attack, and getting maximum damage on Goldrings one way or another.

Headgears:

Upper: Any top headgear (4 Seyren Windsor cards)
Middle: Any mid headgear (4 Seyren Windsor cards)
Lower: Any low headgear (4 Seyren Windsor cards)

To clear the misconception about the lower headgears (mostly wings) giving increased melee, long ranged or magic damage, those only do so against demi-human monsters only, players are demi-human too!

Armor:

Any armor, or you might go for bryhildr if you have 18k cash points since it does give 10% more damage for physical attacks/skills. Cards are pretty much up to you.

Weapon:

Goldrings, like porings, are of water element and plant type.

Use Book of Gust of Wind (1 Baphomet, 2 Turtle General, 1 Drainliar/Scorpion, or 1 Baphomet, 2 Drainliar/Scorpion, 1 Turtle General)

Shield:

You don't even need a shield at all :O up to you to use any.

Garment:

Any garments can be used, but you have to use 4 Roween cards.

Shoes:

Most recommend that you get a Premium Shoe from the Quest Room, otherwise any shoe with an Eddga and Moonlight Flower card would do. If you can get a Premium Shoe, Eddga card is all you need. Don't recommend that you use Mario cards though, because of its Triple Attack/Blow passive skill which would cause you to do no damage to the porings, and it doesn't work with Baphomet card's splash.

Accessory:

Any two accessories EXCEPT the Ring of Flame Lord and Ring of Resonance combo, well just don't have both of them together, individually is ok.

For the cards, 1 Marin and 7 Galion cards would be needed.

Almost all the equipments and cards mentioned are sold in Super Mall, except Bryhildr, Premium Shoe, and Drainliar card. If you're curious about the Mario cards that I don't recommend you to use, they are made in Quest Room.



Hunting Strategies:

Ever wanted the Goldrings to come towards you instead of just hitting them at where they are?

If you don't have 1 Old Gold Box and Old Cyan Box, you can do it manually by dropping the Jellopies you get from your Marin card to get the Goldrings to come towards you.. OR

Filling up your inventory with stuffs till you can't obtain anymore stuffs, you'll need to have at least 1 of each of the stuffs you want from the Goldrings, including the Old Gold Box and Old Cyan Box that drop at 0.01%, surely you wouldn't wanna miss that o.o . This way, the Jellopies you can get from your Marin card would drop instead of entering your inventory, no need to manually drop Jellopies to attract the Goldrings.

Secrets of Star Gladiators:

Why are Star Gladiators still the preferred choice for hunting not just Goldring, but virtually any MVP, even without Hatred?

For this server, Star Gladiators have a very small chance in every hit they make to activate a special buff that boosts your damage by a very very large percentage, to get your so-called '999k damage'.

It lasts forever, even if you log off, but is dispelled if you change maps, be it returning to town or accidentally going into the Sphinx portal or the one near the top of the map.

Did you know you dont need galion/roween it increases ur dmg abit but once it's 999k you dont rly need anything else

not exactly but i was using warm of wind lvl 2 and it decreased dmg

When you apply the skills Warmth of Sun, Warmth of Moon and Warmth of Stars, you have to wait a period of time:

You have to wait about 1 minute or so for the effect to start working. NOTE: After you have used the skills and the effect turns off, you Do not have to wait the 1-2 Minutes again for it to work again. And Warm Wind is not so necessary for the attack damage.

Heres another hunting strategy:

Instead of filling up your entire inventory, just open 7 old gold boxes. Then fill up your gold to 30k, then @autoloot.

You dont need to farm for gold that much, cause 1 gold box gives 4k anyway, probably get like 30 gold box in an hour. Its simpler that way;)

You mean do this not to get gold? Because if You do this and go @autoloot, you won't get gold since the maximum amount of any items is 30k.
And it's much easier to get gold with OGB. Goldrings drop it and instead of killing 2k Goldrings to get 4k gold, you can get about 40 goldrings and 4k
using the Old Gold Box.
